The Penny Arcade Warehouse is Moving!
Yes, you heard right! We will not be able to take physical orders at this time because the Penny Arcade warehouse is moving. That means that the Penny Arcade Online Store will be closed until we are set up in our new location, which will be in time for PAX West 2025.
Where is my PAX East 2025 Shipment?
Since we need time to get ourselves sorted with our move, we will fulfill PAX East 2025 by the first half of July.

I placed an order using Standard International Shipping, and my tracking isn't updating. What gives?
This is a new shipping method for our store that makes use of a shipping consolidator. Essentially, we package up your order, then stick it in a big box with other orders headed to a similar location. Then that package is shipped off to our consolidator. Unfortunately, this shipping method doesn't support tracking. Your package should be safely en route. We give this shipping method a window of 3-5 weeks to arrive from the date they are shipped out.
