We're pleased to invite you to the 2018 Child's Play Dinner and Auction! Join us for a delightful evening of geeky auction items, intense bidding wars hosted by Gabe and Tycho, delicious food and wine, and more. This year's dinner will be held at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, WA on Thursday, December 13th, 2018 at 6:30 PM. Tickets are on sale now, with both individual and corporate sponsorship tables available. Passes are $145 per person and $5,000 for a sponsored table of 10.

The Child's Play Dinner Auction is in support of our child welfare facilities and domestic violence shelter programs; as of 2018 the gaming community had raised over $49 million dollars to help children around the world through the power of play. You can see photos of past dinners here in anticipation for another great year!

If you have a item for dinner auction, we're now accepting donations of game memorabilia, art, unique experiences and more. If you’re interested in contributing an item, please contact Travis Eriksen teriksen@childsplaycharity.org . We’re looking to have all items by November 30th.

Venue: The Meydenbauer Center (11100 NE 6th Street, Bellevue, WA 98004).

Date/Time: Silent Auction begins at 6:30 PM, Live Auction and Dinner begin at 7:30 PM followed by a mixer. December 13th, 2018 (THURSDAY).

Attire: Formal/Semi-Formal, no jeans please. 

Will-call only, no tickets will be mailed. Please bring your confirmation email and photo ID to the Program Pick-Up/Registration on site.

Dinner Menu Choices:

Braised Painted Hills Short Rib, cabernet demi, root vegetable puree, pea shoots, glazed baby rainbow carrots and Cipollini onions GF DF  
- Citrus marinated grilled chicken breast, cauliflower tabbouleh, orange gastrique with glazed carrots and Cipollini onions GF DF 
- Kale and Spinach Falafel, quinoa, lemon zested roasted asparagus, eggplant caponata, red pepper coli Vegan GF DF

There will be appetizers served during the silent auction and post-event cocktail hour, and dessert included with dinner service.

Tax Information:  $4050 of your table price is tax-deductible (table price less the actual cost of dinner and entertainment). Auction bids over the fair market value of a donated item are tax deductible (consult your tax advisor).
