Child's Play 2015 Auction Dinner, Table Sponsor (10 Seats) - Dec. 10, 2015

We're pleased to invite you to the 2015 Child's Play Dinner and Auction! Join us for a delightful evening of geeky auction items, intense bidding wars hosted by Gabe and Tycho, delicious food and wine, and more. This year's dinner will be held at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, WA on Thursday, December 10th, 2015 at 6:30 PM. Tickets are on sale now, with both individual and corporate sponsorship tables available. Passes are $145 per person and $5,000 for a sponsored table of 10.

The Child's Play Dinner Auction is in support of our hospital and domestic violence shelter programs; as of 2014 the gaming community had raised over $33 million dollars to help children around the world through the power of play. You can see photos of past dinners here in anticipation for another great year!

If you have a item for dinner auction, we're now accepting donations of game memorabilia, art, unique experiences and more. If you’re interested in contributing an item, please contact Erick Blandin - eblandin@childsplaycharity.org. We’re looking to have all items by November 28th.

Venue: The Meydenbauer Center (11100 NE 6th Street, Bellevue, WA 98004).

Date/Time: Silent Auction begins at 6:30 PM, Live Auction and Dinner begin at 7:30 PM followed by a cocktail hour. December 10th, 2015 (THURSDAY).

Attire: Formal/Semi-Formal, no jeans please. 

Will-call only, no tickets will be mailed. Please bring your confirmation email and photo ID to the Program Pick-Up/Registration on site.

Dinner Menu Choices:
- Block Cut R&R Ranch Strip Steak with Sweet Potato Mash
- Pan Roasted Draper Valley Chicken, fennel, foraged mushrooms & fresh bucatini
- Butternut Squash Ravioli with chanterelle mushrooms, apple & brown butter sage sauce

There will be appetizers served during the silent auction and post-event cocktail hour, and dessert included with dinner service.

Tax Information:  $4300 of your table price is tax-deductible (table price less the actual cost of dinner). There are no refunds for this event, but tickets are transferable.
